We now offer "on the job" NVQ (Carry and deliver Goods Level 2) courses for Van drivers who are currently in work. We can award you with an NVQ (please see benefits below) in 3 months, and you do not do anything different in your day to day work!

What is an NVQ?

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are work-based qualifications that assess the skills and knowledge people need to perform their job role effectively. The qualifications are based on national occupational standards, which define what employees, or potential employees, must be able to do and know, how well they must do these things, and the circumstances in which they have to use the skills or carry out the activities.

Why get the qualification?

Standards in the NVQ are relevant to the day to day work of the same day van courier. They are widely recognised by the courier industry and valued by employers seeking new couriers and respected by current employers

There are 10,000 couriers working for only a few hundred courier companies! You NEED to stand out in this day and age. Once you have completed the course you have a qualification that NEVER runs out!

How do I achieve an NVQ?

An Assessor will observe you in your day to day work taking evidence, pictures, to go towards your NVQ. This is all it takes! REMEMBER: to give you an NVQ (5 GCSEs) we need to prove you can do your job not teach you how to do it!
